We have the most advanced standards for payment security and information protection. Credit Card information (card number, expiration date, etc.) is transferred in encrypted format and in no case stored. All information relating to your order, your personal data and your credit card are strictly protected according to the laws on the protection of privacy.
You can request the invoice SIMULTANEOUSLY with the order by sending an e-mail to the address [email protected], indicating: Company name, VAT number, Tax Code, Unique Code and/or PEC, order number.
Invoice requests that are not part of the purchase cannot be met.

Shipments
Shipments are made within 2/3 working days from the date of completion of the order. When the courier takes charge of your package we will send you the shipping link so that you can track the status at any time.
Please note that shipments and deliveries may be delayed during holidays (e.g. Christmas Holidays) or summer (e.g. August) and that we do not deliver to PO Box and Post Office addresses.
Returns and refunds
We also remind you that the right of withdrawal is NOT applied for purchases of customized or customized products.
No, you must first request the return of the goods you want to return. If you wish, you can place a new order once we receive it, we will refund the total amount net of shipping costs.

We hope that this never happens, but if it should happen, we ask you to immediately contact the Customer Service by sending photos that allow us to identify the problem.
Once certified, we will notify the supplier and provide you with instructions to prepare the return. This will be collected by a courier, at our expense, at the shipping address you have provided. You can then decide whether to request a replacement or refund.
